07/27/2013 3:58 PM -

Saturday night's contest against the Woodlands Strykers has been postponed due to wet weather.

Saturday night’s game between the Acadiana Cane Cutters and the visiting Woodlands Strykers has been postponed due to rain and unplayable field conditions. The teams will square off in a double-header beginning on Sunday at 6:00 PM at Fabacher Field. Gates open at 5:15.

Tomorrow is still Faith & Family Night at the park. The Trinity Bible Church Worship Team will be on-site to perform a live concert between the first and second games of the twin-bill. Twenty percent of all of the pre-sold ticket proceeds will go to the Bridge Ministry of Acadiana. Don't miss an evening filled with spiritual music and top-notch Texas Collegiate League Baseball. Tomorrow night also means that the Duhon's Fun Jumps waterslide will be FREE for all kids from 5:15 to 8:00 PM.

All tickets for tonight’s postponed game and all tickets tomorrow night’s game are valid for both games on Sunday night. Tickets for tonight’s postponed game will also be valid for the rescheduled Acadiana Superheroes Night. The Acadiana Cane Cutters and Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center are currently working to set a new date for the event.
