The boys of summer return to Acadiana for opening night against the Victoria Generals on May 28^th.  This year’s season opener falls on a Thirsty Thursday, dollar beer night. The two game home stand will wrap up with Fireworks Friday, presented by C&G Boats.

With the return of C&G Boats Fireworks Friday, also comes the return of Slippery Sundays presented by Duhon’s. Duhon’s will provide Fun Jumps for all home games, including a water slide on Sundays.

Fun continues with a new beer garden added for the 2015 season. Located above the opposing team’s dugout, fans 21 and up can enjoy ice cold draught beer. The deck provides a unique viewing perspective to the game, allowing fans to show the visiting team what home field advantage truly means!

For our younger crowd, fans can enjoy refreshing Coca-Cola beverages from our revamped Concession Stands. All of your ballpark favorites will return, including Hamburgers and Chicken Burgers from Chadley’s Fine Meats and Deli. Look for new menu items to follow, including our 32oz Cane Cutter Souvenir Cup, presented by Lafayette Convention and Visitors Commission.   

Along with great collegiate baseball, comes the return of our specialized theme nights. Those returning theme nights include:

·         A Very Special Bobblehead Doll Night

·         Dog Day at the Park

·         Paul’s Jewelry Diamonds on the Diamond.

More exciting changes for the 2015 season, include a retooled media coverage. Fans can watch all Cane Cutter games FREE Online via U-Stream. Game day coverage will include a scoreboard, player stats/graphics, and much more. Fans can head over to our website/YouTube channel anytime to watch the Blue Sky Innovations Post-game, or Get to Know Your Cane Cutter Video Segment presented by Eat Lafayette.
