11 Cane Cutters going to 2016 TCL All-Star Game

 The Acadiana Cane Cutters will be having 11 of their players in the 2016 Texas Collegiate League (TCL) All-Star game powered by the Holiday Inn & Suites – Lafayette North.

The Cutters will have four starters, four pitchers, and three backups in the annual classic.

Cobie Vance from Alabama, Dom Bifano from Indiana State, Trenton Buchhorn from UT-Tyler, and Trey Jimmerson from Texas A&M are the starters from Acadiana.

Carlisle Koestler from Hinds Community College, Kaleb Roper from the University of Arizona, Zac Rogers from Alabama, and J.C. Keys from Southern Mississippi round out the Cutters pitching squad for the All-Star Game.

The three Acadiana backups are Kyle Mendenhall from the University of Oklahoma, Matthew Guidry from Southern Mississippi, and Dane Geisler from Indiana State.

The 2016 TCL All-Star game will be held at Fabacher Field Tuesday, July 19th. Paid ticket holders will be put in a drawing for a chance to win two big prize packages brought to you by the Holiday Inn & Suites – Lafayette North. The top prize is a two-night stay at the Holiday Inn resort in Pensacola and second prize is a one night stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites – Lafayette North and a FREE breakfast for two. You must be present at the game for a chance to win any of these two prizes.
